FyreSMP
An SMP network I build plugins for, including its homes system and Bedrock cross-play.
FyreSMP is a Minecraft SMP I build for. Most of what I write for it lives in FyreUtils, an in-house Paper/Folia plugin that replaces a stack of separate plugins with one modular jar.
Everything in FyreUtils is a self-contained module. Each one owns its own config, language files, database schema and commands, and can be switched on or off without disturbing the rest. Some of what’s in there:
- Homes (named
/hometeleports, covered below) - TPA with a request GUI, combat and death handling
- RTP that can send you to another server to spread out load
- Stasis pearl tracking across servers
- Killstreaks, deaths and join tracking with PlaceholderAPI output
- Staff tools: vanish (packet-level, with silent chest peeking), staff chat, a cheater tracker wired into the anti-cheat, and LiteBans / voice-chat hooks
- Smaller quality-of-life bits: ignore, shout, sleep messages, a per-player settings menu, and drills
It targets Folia, so the heavy lifting is written region-thread-aware from the start, and it speaks to a shared database (SQLite or MariaDB) with Redis for the cross-server pieces.
Built on Java 21, on the Paper/Folia API.
